During the conceptual phase of the project, we work directly with your organization to determine your goals, needs, resources and timeline. Once we have gathered and defined the requirements for your project we start mapping out timelines and coming up with rough drafts of the project. This often includes drawings, flowcharts, prototypes and other draft materials.

Once the conceptual phase is complete we will begin the development phase. The development phase consists of the physical design and development of the user interface, data structures and component design that go into creating the application.

Once development is complete the application is ready for user acceptance testing. Adept Developer will setup a beta environment so that we can work with the client directly to make sure we hit all of our goals successfully.

After the application passes user acceptance testing, Adept Developer will move the application into a production environment. After the implementation is successful, we will test the environment again internally, before presenting it to the client.

In most cases, the client will require basic training on how to use the application. We will walk the client through the application either on a conference call or on-site. After demonstrating the application, the client will be given a chance to ask any additional questions about the application which we will gladly answer. The client will also be given help manuals describing how to use various interfaces and how to contact us in the case a support question arises.
