At Adept Developer, LLC ("Adept Developer") , we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. You can navigate throughout most our web site ("Site") without giving us any information about yourself, but certain areas of the Site require some information on your part. Information Collection and Use

In some parts of the Site, you may be asked to give Adept Developer some basic personal information such as, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, location, and phone number. This information is only for our records and is not given away, sold, or traded to any third party companies. In the Extranet section of our website, you may also be asked for billing information such as a credit card, Telecheck account number, and/or security codes. This information is only required if you are paying an invoice to Adept Developer on the Site. All payment transactions of this type are done over 2048bit SSL.

IP Addresses and Cookies

When you access and browse the Site, Adept Developer's web server records your IP address and obtains some basic information about your computer's browser, operating system and hardware platform. This information is used to facilitate your use of the Site, to keep track of user visits and "hits" to the various pages of the Site, and to improve the Site to make it more accessible and easier to use. Certain parts of the Site, such as the Extranet section, use cookies. A "cookie" is a small amount of information that a web site/server ("Initiating Site") sends to a user's browser which is saved on the user's computer hard drive. When you re-visit the initiating site, your browser will check to see if you have any pre-defined preferences in a cookie.
